This afternoon, Year 6, did circuit training in PE. We had a range of activities to do and we moved around each station.
The first station was tyres, we had to run through the tyres with one foot in the right and the other on the left-hand tyre.
The second was squats, we had to do 10 squats.
Then it was onto beanbag throwing. We had to throw from a tyre and get the beanbag inside of another tyre. Our throws were to be as accurate as possible.
In the other areas we had to do 10 lunges on each leg, 10 press ups and then we had to run to the start and do it all again.
